LIST OF ENGLISH KHUTBAH MOSQUES IN THE UAE
As of August 2014, there are 5036 beautifully built mosques in the UAE.
While in most of the mosques the Friday sermon is delivered in Arabic language, there are some mosques in which the Khutbahs are delivered in Urdu, Malayalam and English languages also.
As viewers are sending requests to include the list of mosques that cater to the needs of English knowing expatriates, I am adding this page, alhamdulillaah. (Added on 6 Safar 1436/28 November 2014)
In Abu Dhabi:
- 1. Masjid Maryam bint Sultan in Al Bateen area in Abu Dhabi
In Sharjah:
- 1. Masjid al Qasba in Qanat al Qasba area in Sharjah
- 2. Juma Masjid built by Dr. Thumbay Moideen at Al Maqsidi street in al Sharqan area; located opposite to Anjad Police Station,

In Ajman:
- 1. Masjid Abdullah bin Rawaha, Al Sawan (Al Quds street) in Ajman.
- 2. Thumbay Moideen Masjid – located at Thumbay Medicity in Al Jurf, Ajman
In Dubai:
- 1. Abdulrahman Al Siddiq Mosque – commonly known as the Jumeirah Mosque
- 2. Masjid Tamim Ad-Dari (RA) Muhaisnah 4. (In this masjid, a summary of the Arabic Khutbah is given in English after the Friday Salah)
- 3. Masjid Al Samad, Meadows, Dubai.
- 4. Masjid Aaisha Ummul Mumineen, Jumeirah 3
- 5. Masjid Saeed Bin Youha, Jumeirah
- 6. Al Manar Centre, Al Quoz

It is in the main area of Qasba. If you use a Taxi, the drivers know very well, they can take you there.
The mosque in the premise of Gulf Medical University Jurf Ajman, Behind sheikh Khlaifa Hospital, also the Khutba is in English

Salam, Masjid Abdullah bin Rawaha, Al Sawan (Al Quds street) in Ajman is now under renovation since first week of June 2016. Is there any other mosque available in replacement of that?

1 question : r v supposed to deliver khutubah in any other language other than arabic?

As the purpose of khutbah is to convey the message, it is allowed to deliver the Khutbah in other languages as well. It has become a norm to deliver the sermon in Arabic but it is not necessary that it should only be in Arabic!

There are couple of masjids more where English khutbah is delivered .
Both are in Jumeriah .
One is exactly next to sunset mall ( I think it’s masjid bel yoha) very small .
The other is Masjid Aisha Umm Al Mu’ameneen (English Sermon) . Can be located in google maps

I went to jumeirah mosque but there sermon was in Arabic. This is the mosque in palm jumeira. I also asked imam if there is any English khutba and his response was negative. Had any one attended Friday khutba in jumeirah which was in English. Am I in the correct mosque. May Allah reward you for your help.
As a side note, in the mosque in Arabian ranches 1, English summary of khutba is presented after the prayers.

there are two different mosques.
One at Palm Jumeirah which you are referring to.
The other one is in the Jumeirah beach.
