Field Trips

bismillah

Last Update: 23rd Dec. 2015 / 12 Rabi al Awwal 1437

The glorious Qur’an and the ahadeeth of our glorious Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) are full of exhortations with regard to travelling lands, visiting places and drawing lessons of wisdom from historical past or biological present or astronomical future.

It is Enjoined upon Muslims to Endeavour to Explore, Experience, Excavate and Experiment – you discover amazing facts when you are out in the field with a yearning heart and discerning mind.

Field Trip Enriches one’s knowledge and Enhances one’s performance level by motivating one to consciously perform one’s Ibadaah in the best possible manner. One begins to appreciate the Exalted Majesty of Allah’s Glory and Grandeur. One ultimately starts developing Allah-consciousness.

Through this page, I recommend some important places of visit.

If you happen to live in UAE, you must try to visit these places.

If you know any place that you think is worth visiting to, then mention it through the comment section, InshaAllah.

This is a MUST VISIT place in Sharjah. This amazing museum will give you a realistic Islamic experience in getting to know and appreciate the glorious past and present of Islamic Civilization.

NOTE: Please visit Teacher’s Page and go to Teachers’ Corner to download some pdf files as part of your visit to the Museum of Islamic Civilization. The brochures are colourful and informative, MashaaAllah🙂

2. AL BIDYA MOSQUE – THE OLDEST MOSQUE IN UAE:

Located close to Bidya, a village in Fujairah, and between the cities of Khor Fakkan and Dibba, the mosque is commonly referred to as “Bidya mosque” because its real name is not known. It has also been called the “Fort Mosque” since it is located below the Bidya Fort.

Sharjah Autism Centre

We organised two visits (boys and girls separately) to Sharjah Autism Centre in academic year 2012-13, and it was one of the best learning experiences for the students and teachers.

6. SHARJAH/AJMAN CORNICHE CLEAN UP DRIVE:

This is a good out door activity to instill environmental awareness among students.

Through our school, we organised two separate campaigns for boys and girls, and the students enjoyed doing social service.

7. VISITING OLD AGE HOMES/HOME FOR THE AGED:

This visit will create in younger generation the much needed love and respect towards elders especially the old.

Children need to value their parents and the presence of elders in their families.

      That would be amazing!
We thought of that once but could not make it.
Organising school will be needing Ministry’s prior approval to go ahead.

  2. Assalam Sir,

Is there any possibilities for all the Single – Filipino women working here in UAE to perform hajj or umrah without their family? Please let us know how, or if there are organizations here that can help us.

No, it is allowed for any Muslim woman, as a group or a individual, to perform hajj or umrah unless they are accompanied by a Mahram (a person to whom marriage is unlawful)
Both countries, Saudi as well as UAE, do not allow this as the Law is very strict in this regard.
      Thank you.
