Islamic Education Series by MAULVI ABDUL AZIZ: Books & Notes

bismillah

Note: These books are, presently, not taught in the UAE schools. The MoE brought about a change in the books and the curriculum in 2011. However, these books are taught in many gulf countries. Hence this Page is included in this blog.

May Allah reward the author for his humble contribution towards Islamic Education.

ISLAMIC EDUCATION SERIES OF TEXT BOOKS

by MAULVI ABDUL AZIZ

Given the dire need for Islamic studies material in schools incorporating the subject in English. Darussalam has endeavored to publish an Islamic Studies series covering all the grades, from grade one through grade twelve.

This series covers all areas of Islamic studies: tafseer, hadeeth, tawheed, fiqh, seerah, and general etiquette relating to different areas and situations. Given the importance of authentic Islamic knowledge, every effort has been made to ensure that the material presented in the series is authentic. Also, given the importance of Arabic Islamic terms, most of the terms are presented in their original Arabic script, along with the transliteration and the translation of their meanings. This also applies to supplications which have to be memorized in their Arabic version. The aim here is to help the reader read the original text and understand its meaning. Each lesson is followed by exercises covering questions about the lesson.

One striking feature in the series is the colorful artwork used in it will certainly appeal to children. This is certainly bound to attract the young readers’ attention, stimulate them, amuse them as well as educate them.

This series aims to acquaint the student with the teachings of Islam in every aspect: beliefs, practices and moral conduct. This series, with its unique features, certainly fills a gap in this area which has long been partially neglected.

  1. As salam o alikm. How are you? I hope everybody is fine over here. I’m Kashif Riaz Islamic Teacher in Rajagiri International School Dubai. I need Translation, Transliteration and Tajweed basic rules of Suwar which are mentioned in Syllabus from Grade 1 to 5.If anybody can help me in this era I will be so thankful to him with my deep heart.

    • Wa alaikumus salam wa rahmatullah.
I am fine by the grace of Allah.
      Nice to see you here.
You need to find out the basic Tajweed rules that are connected with the suwar selected for the primary section.
Translations etc. is already available in the prescribed textbooks.
So I don’t understand what exactly you are looking for.

  2. I mean some teachers made some notes for given suwar in syllabus with translation, transliteration and tajweed rules. I would like to get those notes from someone because I have been given Quran classes now and I don’t have too much time to make these notes.

  3. A lot of thanks to you. I’m new here came just 5 months ago. I have also 3 years experience in Web Design field.Whenever you need any help related Web sites material, you can tell me.

    • Brother, these things must be prepared by individual teachers. Only then you can assess your students’ performance. Ready made question papers are of no use.
Also, I do not upload any question papers here except for the Ministry Exam conducted by Sharjah Education Zone.

  4. As Salaam Alikum, Dear Brother May Allah Reward you greatly for your work. We use your books for our Weekend Islamic School. Jazakallah Khair for additional resources.
